Information You Give Us

You provide information when you download and install the mobile application, register as a user, use the functionalities available on the platform, purchase a subscription and contact us through our contact information. Application Usage Data

Weight Loss Navigator collects information about how users use the application to provide a personalized experience and optimize our functionality. This includes:

  • Daily food entries: specific details about the foods entered by users, such as names, associated calories, and servings (e.g., ‘Avocado bread - 300 calories’).
  • Daily workout entries: Information about recorded physical activities, including type of activity and estimated calories burned (e.g., ‘Walk dogs - 150 calories’).
  • Saved lists: Storage of personalized lists of meals and workouts that users save for easy re-use in the future.
  • Daily calorie progress: Analysis of the balance between calories consumed and burned compared to estimated total daily calorie expenditure (TDEE).

Device Data

Weight Loss Navigator may collect data related to the device from which users access the application. This information includes, but is not limited to:

  • Application Usage Analytics: Information about how users interact with the different features of the application, as well as diagnostic data, such as bug reports and technical performance.
  • Device type and operating system: Technical details such as device model, operating system version, and other technical information necessary to ensure application compatibility and performance.

Payment Data (in-app subscriptions)

Weight Loss Navigator does not directly collect or process payment-related information. Payment data provided when making subscription purchases through the platform (in-app purchases) is processed exclusively by the Google Play and App Store services, in accordance with their respective privacy policies and terms of service.

4. How Long We Keep Your Data

Personal data provided by users through the platform will be retained for the time necessary to fulfill the legitimate purposes described in section 5 of this policy and/or until the user stops using the platform, closes the user account, uninstalls the app or requests the deletion of their data.
